Virt Manager ([https://virt-manager.org/]) was developed by RedHat. Primarily targeting KVM, it can also manage QEMU, LXC and Xen virtualization back ends either through some CLI or a GUI interface. The GUI tool is similar to Oracle's VirtualBox.
