===== Developer Mode =====

  - Turn Chromebook off
  - Press and hold Esc and Refresh screen
  - Press Power button (keeping Esc and Refresh down)
  - At recovery screen, press Ctl-D
  - Press Enter at "OS Verification OFF"
  - Chromebook reboots
  - Press Ctl-D on boot, or wait for the timeout

===== Factory Reset =====
  - Sign out (be at sign-in screen)
  - Press and hold Ctl+Alt+Shift+r
  - At prompt, select Restart, then Powerwash
