This assumes you have a Cyberpower RMCARD305(205) installed. If so, you can set the SNMP on it, then monitor with Zabbix using the template at https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/cyberpower
I used the first one in the list, https://github.com/zabbix/community-templates/blob/main/Power_(UPS)/Cyberpower/template_cyberpower_rmcard305(205)/6.0/README.md, which says that it is for snmp v2, but it works just fine for snmp v1.
