 +Click the Ok button, then close the settings tab (top, no picture, sorry) until you see the following screen. I have erased the ID in this picture, but you should see a 9-10 digit number in ID (top arrow) and a green dot with Ready next to it at the bottom (bottom arrow)

 +RustDesk is now installed. You can give the ID and One-time password to a technician and they will be able to assist you in the future.
